This month's freebie consists of another conversion utility.
This utility converts angels from decimal degrees to degrees,
minutes, and seconds. Degrees and minutes are also supported.

To obtain this utility, simply download the SetUp.exe file
into a temporary directory and then execute it. Of course,
after the utility is installed, you can delete the SetUp.exe
file from the temporary directory. On some browsers, you can
simply "open" the SetUp.exe file.

The SetUp procedure also registers an uninstall procedure
with Windows. The utility itself occupies 185KB of disk.
The uninstall capability occupies yet another 266KB.
