ArcGIS Server 9.3 has been out for a few months, and already the buzz over the JavaScript + REST API is getting all the attention.

Demos will be available soon. In the mean time, all interested should visit the ESRI Resource Center.

Google has released an API for creating 'mash-ups' of personal data on the Google base map.
